This is Kokrakle's even level evolution, from level 20 and up it will try to evolve to this guy on any even level (20, 22, 24 right up to lv 100).
Anyway its obvious what animals its based after (wombat) and thus it gains a ground duel type combo. Which makes it one of those Pokemon with contradictive types xD.
