when + and - meet

A tiny Pokemon barely capable of producing an electric charge. They rather cheer on other Pokemon than fight themselves.

Finally the other shadow is revealed, as a few people guessed its a pre-evo of Plusle and Minun. How it evolves is pretty simple: if it has the ability plus it will evolve into Plusle, if it has the ability minus it will evolve into Minun.

Either way I'm pretty pleased with the design, it was rather hard to come up with one that looks smaller than its evo yet doesn't look like a Pichu knock-off.
