let's go Scubua diving

One of the fastest swimmers in the Pokemon kingdom. SCUBUA communicate with their kin by using the telepathic gem on their forehead.

More dolphin fun! Suprisendly, unlike other designs I made this chap before I made its lower stage (baluphin). Much like Crystable a lot of effort was put in the design despite it not being all that special.

I think I'm starting to get the hang of Ken's style, though I still need to get some kinks out of it.
