Description
A Pokemon that swims great distances to find Pokemon to battle. It has a much more aggressive disposition than its mother and sibling species.
Phypira (pronounce fee-pee-rah) is a secondary result of breeding manaphy. As I mention with my hybreeds (Pokemon you can only get by breeding two particular species together) they don't always look like both their parent species. In this case, it looks nothing like Ponpoki and takes more after Manaphy.
the top of his head is design to look like a bandana, kinda like a pirate-esque thing.

So I guess Phione was the first Hybreed, right? And now there's a second Manaphy+Pokemon that can Transform Hybreed!
