An odd fish Pokemon that has adapted to live in the clouds. It uses its bright yellow tail to send messages to fellow SHARKITE.

For ~FawkesTheSkarmory's Contest. The theme is to make a pure flying type, He is what I would call "a contruction fakemon" as I doodle randomly until I came up with something. So we have a flying fish mix with kite tail it uses for communication. Kinda like a Japanese koi windsock.

I really like it, its original even with mantine existing. It actually can learn fly

!

EDIT: Now officially part of the Alber region. Decided just to update the old image since the only thing that's new here is the shading and page layout.
