Happiest fish in the sea

A odd Pokemon that has teeth like markings on its snout; its true mouth is underneath it. Its feed primarily on algea.

D: he looks overjoyed doesn't he? Anyway slobfish's evolution is based after a plecostomus; a commonly used algea eating fish. They have strange eyes and their mouth is on their lower snout which worked great for this fakemon.
Also I wanted to use pink and brown together as a color scheme for a while D: it looks nice.
