April showers bring these

A tiny seedling Pokemon which outer body is covered in a strong shell. It will fight only to protect the developing flower on its back.

;-; I'm so happy I waited to post this guy, I only realize now its the perfect month for a flower based Pokemon. This and its evolution are the last regular Pokemon family in Canad (all the remains is an evolution of an existing Pokemon and a legendary).
